we're sorry

One of Tatianas favorite things to do.....
.......................................stand in the kitchen listening to the music and trying to sing in english!
One of my favorite things to see and here.......
.......................................tatiana trying to sing in English!
First of all, I need to say we're sorry! Our trip is on the downward stretch and this is the first time we have blogged. You hear about such tragedy in Haiti and now in Chile and it makes you stop and realize how thankful we all are to be alive and well. And how selfish of us to not be staying in touch with all of you.

This trip has been wonderful. We have had 2 teams come from Canton and Troy area and a few people from Wlmspt too! So spending time with hometown friends has really made the time fly!

10 children accepted Jesus in their hearts and lots of prayers were answered while they were all here ministering.

We have had many new people move in, some of them being Tatiana's family. A week ago tomorrow, her mom and 5 siblings moved in a house one row from us. IT has been a real transitional time for all of us. This week has been about them all getting settled in, and now the work begins. Tati is again running around barefoot and dirty.....already full of headlice! Be praying we can work with mom and this turns into a good thing. Today is day 4 in the same clothes!

Please also pray the seeds planted in her life the 6 months she lived with us continue to grow. Some times now, she crawls up in my lap and the only thing I can do is begin to sing one of her favorite hymns she learned in english from our bed time CD......Allan JAckson singing BLessed Assurance! That is the assurance we stand on!!!!!!

Glen has been gettig lots of work done, he is so tan from being out in the sun he is sometimes mistaken for a Nicaraguan!
